Meet Our Team of Tax Experts

Regina Hamm, CPA

Regina Hamm began her practice on her own over 30 years ago. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with honors from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia. Gina is the sturdy foundation of the practice. 



Gina has 40 years of accounting experience working with small businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations. Various tasks that Gina completes include individual, business, and non-profit tax returns; financial statement compilations; and tax planning for any situation or circumstance. 

Gina is a native of Franklin, a suburb of Westernport, Maryland. When Gina is not at the office, you can find her at the river with her six cats, ten dogs, and one husband. Gina has two kids and three grandchildren. Gina loves to read, teach, and meet new people. Gina naturally attracts people with her bubbly and outgoing personality. The firm has Gina’s own personal core values instilled in its daily activities.

Steven Glasbrenner, CPA

Steven Glasbrenner joined the firm in 2020 after gaining knowledge working at a CPA firm in Rockville, Maryland. Steven, a Frostburg, Maryland native, graduated from Frostburg State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. 

He earned his CPA license in 2019. Steven brings an innovative approach to his client’s bookkeeping and tax planning. Steven maintains knowledge and loves to teach his clients bookkeeping to allow them more time to run their businesses. Steven completes individual tax returns, business and non-profit tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax planning. When clients come in and meet with Steven, his positive and radiant energy about tax and accounting shines and is absorbed by our clients.

When Steven is not at the office, you can find him on the golf course, playing basketball, or relaxing with his wife, Cheyenne, their daughter, Joey, and their dogs, Chase and Reese. Steven resides in Cumberland, Maryland.

Rebecca Gordon

Becca Gordon joined Gina in 2000 and has been a key member of the firm ever since. Becca’s role of Office Manager is much more than a title – she is in constant contact with all our clients, can answer any tax question you may have, and is always the smiling face and friendly voice that our clients need. In addition to her role of Office Manager, Becca performs bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, and other duties as needed. Becca has a huge wealth of knowledge and can help any business with its structure, organization, and compliance. 



Becca lives in Finzel, Maryland with her husband, Jeremy, and their three children. She enjoys walks, playing with her goats, and spending time with family. Becca is the type of person with a “Let’s Do This!” attitude. She will go to any length to help our clients and will lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Michelle Marker

Michelle Marker joined the firm in 2017 and has fulfilled many different roles. Michelle can take on any task that is given to her. She is the firm’s Payroll Manager and assists clients by completing their payrolls in a timely and accurate manner. Michelle also performs bookkeeping and manages the firm's social media. Michelle’s experience in customer service is noticeable when clients meet with her in person or on the phone. 

Michelle is a “Mimi” to seven wonderful grandchildren. Michelle and her husband, Brad, live in the Rawlings area with two of their six children. When Michelle is not in the office, you can usually find her with a camera in her hand, whether it is at her daughter’s band performances or her husband’s car races.

Gabrielle Lord

Gabby Lord joined the firm in 2020 as our receptionist but quickly moved into the Accounts Payable role. Gabby fits right into the office with her enthusiasm and her eagerness to learn. For clients that use our Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable services, Gabby will be your “go-to”. In addition to her Accounts Payable role, Gabby also does many office duties such as managing the front office area and talking with clients on the phone.

When Gabby is not in the office, you can find her taking nature photos or at a country music concert. She lives with her family in Short Gap, West Virginia. Gabby has a four-legged furry friend named Finley, whom she loves to spend time with.

Colten Winner

Colten Winner joined the firm in 2018 while he was completing his Bachelor of Science in accounting degree from Frostburg State University, which he graduated with in 2020. Colt is a Senior Accountant with the firm, helping clients with their business needs and completing individual tax returns. Colt’s friendly attitude and loyalty is a huge asset to the firm.

When Colt is not working, he is fishing, golfing, or hunting for the best bargain at yard sales and thrift stores. Colt is a lifelong Lonaconing, Maryland resident, and graduated from Mountain Ridge High School in 2015.

Emily Harold

Emily Harold joined the firm in 2021 as a Staff Accountant and is now our Accounting Manager. Emily graduated from Frostburg State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting degree. Emily performs payroll, tax preparation, bookkeeping, sales tax preparation, and other duties as needed. Emily is a “go-getter” and is eager to help our clients.

Emily, who is originally from Cumberland, Maryland, lives in La Vale, Maryland with her husband, Tanner, and their beloved pup, Archie. When Emily is not working, she is landscaping, hiking, or walking the Appalachian Trail.

Colten White

Colten White joined the firm in 2023 as a staff accountant. Colten performs individual tax returns as well as bookkeeping and payroll. Colten has an up-beat personality and is a great addition to our team. 

Colten is a graduate of Mountain Ridge High School. He also earned his bachelors degree in accounting from Frostburg State University, as well as his Master's in Business Administration from Phoenix University. Colten resides in Westernport, MD.

Hattie Simpson

Hattie Simpson joined the firm in 2023 as our receptionist. Hattie will be the happy, smiling face you see at our Cresaptown office. In addition to her normal duties, Hattie helps with bookkeeping and payroll.

Hattie is a Cumberland native, graduating from Fort Hill High School. Hattie now lives in Frostburg. When Hattie is not working, she is spending time with her friends, family, and cats.

Andrew DeWitt

Andrew DeWitt joined our team in June 2023 as our accounting intern. Upon his graduation from Frostburg State University in May 2024, Andrew will join us as a full-time staff accountant.

Andrew is from Deer Park, Maryland and is a graduate of Southern Garrett High School. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys watching sports and spending time with family.
